Products sold by Kennedy Electrical & Electronic Sdn Bhd may come with manufacturer warranty, supplier warranty, Kennedy Electrical Care Warranty, or other warranty coverage depending on the product and purchase option.

1. Manufacturer Warranty

Most branded products come with original manufacturer warranty provided by the brand or authorised service provider. Manufacturer warranty coverage depends on the brand’s own warranty terms and may vary by product category, model, and parts. Customers should keep: Original receipt or invoice Warranty card, if provided Product serial number Proof of purchase Warranty claims may require inspection by the manufacturer or authorised service centre.

2. Kennedy Electrical Care Warranty

Selected products may offer Kennedy Electrical Care Warranty options, such as: Kennedy Electrical Care Warranty: 1-to-1 Exchange Kennedy Electrical Care Warranty: Up to 5 Years The availability, price, coverage, and duration of Kennedy Electrical Care Warranty depend on the selected product and warranty option shown at the time of purchase. Warranty upgrades must be selected and paid for at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

3. What Warranty Usually Covers

Warranty may cover manufacturing defects under normal household use, depending on the warranty provider’s terms. 5. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, customers should contact us with: Order number or invoice Product model Serial number, if available Description of issue Photos or videos of the problem Warranty card, if available We will guide the customer on the next step, which may include branch inspection, supplier inspection, manufacturer service centre claim, or technician arrangement.

6. Repair, Replacement, or Exchange

Depending on the warranty terms and inspection result, the solution may be: Repair Parts replacement Product replacement 1-to-1 exchange, if covered Referral to manufacturer service centre Other solution offered by the warranty provider Kennedy Electrical does not guarantee immediate replacement unless the purchased warranty option specifically provides this and the claim is approved.
